Palms Casino Resort has recently experienced a few property changes to its products and/or venues. Listed below is information in regards to these changes. This will need to be updated appropriately in all applicable areas of any and all websites where the former information could be found.

        Effective June 2, 2012, the Playboy Club has closed its doors at Palms Casino Resort. The three nightlife venues remaining (Rain, Ghostbar, and Moon) are still available for our guests seeking nightlife entertainment. I have listed the hours for the three nightlife venues below for your reference:

o   Ghostbar Lounge – open Monday-Sunday (7 days a week) at 8pm

o   Moon Nightclub – open Tuesday, Thursday-Sunday at 11pm

o   Rain Nightclub – open Friday & Saturday only at 11pm

·         In correlation with the closing of the Playboy Club, the Playboy Store is no longer available.

·         Palms Casino Resort and Palms Place Hotel & Spa is now offering Marietta bath products for our guests. AVEDA bath products are no longer available at this time.

·         May 4, 2012, Palms Casino Resort unveiled the new Cantor Gaming Race & Sports Book. Listed below are the extraordinary features of our new sports book!

o   A 9,840 square feet non-smoking environment

o   1,250 square foot LED video wall

o   8 poker tables with live dealers and live play

o   New Sports Book bar – Tonic

o   In-Running Wagering- allows wagers to be placed while a game or event is still in progress using the Cantor Gaming’s Android™ mobile sports wagering app

The incidental deposit for standard rooms and suites has been reduced from $100 per day to $50 per day. (This includes, but is not limited to, Deluxe and Superior Guestrooms; Junior, Grand, and Salon Suites; and Studio and 1-Bedroom Suites – only if applicable per the existing agreement). Should a guest decide to upgrade at the time of check-in, they may be held responsible for the larger incidental deposit based on the accommodation type they select.

The hotel charges a $20 per night resort fee at check-in that includes: 2-for-1 drinks at any on-site Casino bar or Rojo Lounge during stay, Complimentary Internet access,  Unlimited local and toll-free calls within the U.S., Access to Palms Cardio Center, Shuttle service to/from Fashion Show Mall, Daily USA Today newspaper available at the Front Desk and Bell Desk, Printing of boarding passes at the Front Desk and Concierge, Printing copies and faxes at the Front Desk and Concierge.
